1.2 Our role is to facilitate the sale of traditional and high-quality products made by small farmers and other sellers. We do not manufacture these products ourselves.
1.3 By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions, as well as our privacy policy.

2. Product Information and Quality
2.1 We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of the products on our website. However, we do not guarantee that the descriptions, images, or other content are completely accurate, current, or error-free.
2.2 The quality of products is the responsibility of the respective manufacturers. While we aim to partner with reputable producers, we do not accept liability for any defects, damages, or substandard quality of products received.
2.3 Any claims regarding product quality must be directed to the manufacturer. We will assist in facilitating communication between the customer and the manufacturer if necessary.

3. Packaging
3.1 Our packaging is designed to be attractive and protective of the products during transit. However, we do not accept responsibility for any damage that occurs to the packaging after the product leaves our premises.
3.2 If you receive a product with damaged packaging, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue.

4. Logistics and Delivery
4.1 We partner with third-party logistics providers to deliver products to our customers. While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery, we do not accept liability for delays, damages, or losses incurred during transit.
4.2 Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
4.3 In case of non-delivery or significant delay, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with our logistics partners and keep you updated on the resolution.
4.4 We deliver PAN India, and there may be additional charges for certain delivery locations.

5. Orders and Payments
5.1 All orders placed on our website are subject to acceptance and availability.
5.2 We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
5.3 Payments must be made through the available payment methods on our website. We do not store or process payment information on our servers.

6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 If you are not satisfied with a product, you may be eligible for a return or refund according to our return policy.
6.2 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 3 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for perishable goods unless they are defective.
6.3 Refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected. The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.

10. Product Authenticity and Counterfeit Products
10.1 We take products from manufacturers who value quality and personally inspect their production facilities.
10.2 To ensure authenticity, we only connect with rural manufacturers who prioritize quality.
10.3 In case of any counterfeit products, we will replace them without any additional charges.
11. Legal Compliance
11.1 We are currently in the process of obtaining a trade license from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI). Until then, we operate as a marketing and distribution platform and not as a food manufacturer.
11.2 By using our services, you acknowledge that WintageKart Retailing Services LLP is not liable for any issues related to food safety or compliance. Any such issues should be directed to the respective manufacturers.

12. Limitation of Liability
12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, WintageKart Retailing Services LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or products.
12.2 We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions
13.1 We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
